"I found Simon on Checkatrade following a fault on my old boiler. Simon came promptly and arrived when he said he would, but was unable to locate the fault (very old boiler). He was very informative as to what the issues could be and the costs to carry out works to find the fault through a process of elimination. We also discussed the benefits of a new boiler.
