"Simon got me out of a pickle in early March when the contractors replacing my roof declared that the chimney was (rightfully) unsafe and needed rebuilding. Since I was planning a new boiler in the near future it made sense to decommission the boiler asap and dismantle the chimney. Simon arrived the very same day I called him to shut the boiler down allowing the roofers to continue with no delay. Just a few days later Simon arrived with my chosen boiler, installed it, removed the cylinder, header tanks, modded the pipework and had the boiler running at 6pm. I couldn't ask for more than that!"

"I got Simon out for a pressure issue in my boiler. He fixed it, and also identified a part leaking, which he fixed at no extra cost. He explained every step he did in layman's terms. He also managed to slot in a very specific time I'd asked him for due to work requirements. I know nothing about boilers, and was fearing the cost, but Simon charged a good price, the same as agreed beforehand. I then got him back to install a Hive system and a third time to replace a sensor. I cant recommend him enough."
