"I posted a job request on check a trade, Simon got in touch very quickly, that was my first brilliant impression. He communicated with me from then re boiler make/ model and problems I was having. We made a date and time for him to come and service the boiler. He kept in contact even up to 10 mins prior to arrival. Simon is a very lovely person, pleasant, polite and sure knows what he is talking about in terms of the boiler I have. He went through in detail about it and carried out the work easily. He then spent the time afterwards to explain what he had done and said if any future problems I can contact him direct. I would certainly recommend others to have Simon come and do the work needed. "Just want to say a massive thank you to Simon who came and repaired my boiler this morning.
I had been told 5 days earlier by my home emergency cover that it was uneconomic for them to repair and that I needed a new boiler, somewhere in the region of £1500-£3000. Simon came and advised me that it was just a part that needed replacing and completed the work there and then. Simon discussed the work that needed doing and gave me a reasonable and fair price of £160, bit different from that of a new boiler!!!! Finding a tradesperson that doesn’t just want to rip you off seems rare these days but I seem to have found a gem in Simon. Thanks again."
